RETURN & REFUND
Eligibility:
To return your item, it needs to be brand new and unused. If it’s damaged or faulty, that’s okay! Items availability isn’t always guaranteed. Before you ask for a different size, make sure to check if it’s available online and always check our size chart.
You have 7 days from when you bought it to start the return or exchange process. Make sure the packaging is still in good shape with all the labels attached.
Return and Exchange Procedure:
If you need to return or exchange something, just email us at support@iwearpocket.com. Tell us your order number and why you want to return or exchange it. We’ll help you with the next steps!
Fees:
This helps us cover the costs of handling your return or exchange.
Refund Process:
Once we get your returned items and check them over, we’ll refund you in the same way you paid. It usually takes 7-10 business days. But remember, we can’t refund the shipping fees.
